3.   Primary Education Stipend Project

3.1 Objectives of the Project:

i)   To increase the enrolment rate of all primary level school age children of poor families;

ii)  To increase the attendance rate of the enrolled students of the primary school;

iii) To reduce the trend of drop-out rate of the enrolled students of the primary school;

iv) To establish equity in the financial assistance to all primary school age children;

v)  To enhance the quality of primary education.
