11. Post Literacy and Continuing Education for Human Development Project (PLCEHD-3)

i)   To include neo literate in post literacy programs to consolidate, maintain and upgrade the  literacy

      skills they have acquired previously ;

ii)   To involve the target population in a life long educational process through creating opportunities

      of continuing education;

iii)  Under continuing education programs, to create skill training opportunities for the equal number

      of new literate, who have completed post literacy course;

iv)  To help neo literate upgrade their  life style by introducing them in income generation activities

      and to make the enlightened and productive citizens.
