Organizational Framework:
The academy has a Board of Governors. It provides the policy directions to NAPE. General policy guidelines regarding the overall programme of the academy are formulated and approved by the Board. The Secretary of MOPME is the ex-officio Chairperson and the Director General (DG) of the academy is the member-secretary of the Board.
DG is the chief executive of the academy He is responsible for overall administration, finance, development and execution of the programme of the academy. One Director and two Deputy Directors assist him.
